Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery for order value AED 300 and above.
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 300 and above qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery: Orders below AED 300 incur a standard delivery charge of AED 30.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Updating Delivery Instructions
Customers can update delivery instructions at any time via Live Chat or WhatsApp.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
Please ensure that your concierge is able to accept fragile or perishable items before designating a safe space for delivery.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost orders once delivered to a safe space.
- Drivers will take photographic evidence for any orders left as per the customer’s request.
Deliveries to Commercial Properties or Residences with Restricted Parking
- If delivery requires access via a loading bay, please respond to the 2-hour ETA notification.
- We will provide the driver’s name and vehicle registration number.
- Customers are responsible for booking our drivers in advance. Failure to do so may result in missed delivery.
Store Pickup
- Orders can be collected from our store 1 working day after placing the order.
- Our store location and working hours are available on the Contact Page.
- In case of any issues, our sales team will contact you within 12 hours during working hours.
